As with any quality investment firm, we have a strict set of criteria designed to make each one of our investments as fail proof as possible. We mitigate risk to our clients' portfolio by focusing our acquisitions in densely populated areas that have statistically high household incomes and low unemployment rates. The properties we acquire typically are undervalued (under-rate rents, empty space, etc.), which allows us to purchase at a low price and then raise value by adding that value back into the project. Additionally, to prevent vacancy and keep returns high, all of our properties are located within the vicinity of a recession-proof market, such as a college or university, major employer, or major federal government installation.
