At Barrus Realty, we believe in strict quality control. We are willing to go to great lengths to ensure the quality of your housing and your well-being while in your rental unit. In short, as long as you live in one of our buildings, we will do everything within reason to keep you happy.

Our buildings are managed by contracted management companies that work independently but under our general guidelines. We recognize that when a problem or compliant arises with the manager of your building, a complaint to that manager might not always solve the problem, or it might put you in an uncomfortable position with the manager. While we encourage you to do everything you can to work out an issue with your manager before submitting a complaint to us, we are providing you with this form as an additional form of quality control should your issue persist.

We take all tipline submissions very seriously. All tips submitted via this form are sent directly to the executive offices of Barrus Realty. Upon submission of your tip, we will, no later than one business day after your submission, begin an in-depth investigation of the issue. We will never release any identifying information we collect from you in this form to the manager or its related parties or employees under any circumstances, unless we receive written permission from you or unless we are compelled to by a court of law. Additionally, we have a very strict no-tolerance policy regarding any retaliation against a resident or guest who reports a complaint or tip to us.
